Newscenter Media News A man simply identified as Musa has been apprehended in the Amuloko area of Ibadan, Oyo State capital, with a fresh human skull of an unidentified woman. Residents, suspicious of his unusual behaviour, confronted him and demanded to see the contents of a sack he was carrying. Upon inspection, they discovered a human skull inside.
