Super Eagles striker Kelechi Iheanacho has declared that he hopes to achieve great things ahead of next season after signing the dotted lines for Spanish La Liga side, Sevilla FC.
The 27-year-old player who commented in his first interview after joining the club said that he has no personal goals but the most important thing is the team itself.
Kelechi, who joined Sevilla as a free agent added that he and his teammates have to give a hundred percent in every game to be at the top of the Spanish La Liga.
“I don’t have personal goals. I may have a goal for myself, but the most important thing is the team itself, my teammates,” he told the club’s official website.

“Together we can achieve great things this season. We have to give one hundred percent in every game.
“We have to give our best in every game, without complacency, we will be at the top of the table and go very far this season.”
When asked about what he feels about joining forces with his compatriot Chiera Ejuke who also joined Sevilla as a free agent, Kelechi said that they will both do their best for the club.
‘‘We will give our best for the club and the fans. To help the team achieve great success this season. We are happy to be here. that we hope to enjoy it and that it is good.”
