Newscenter Media News The traditional ruler of Shomolu/Bariga, Gbolahan Akanbi Timson, the Jagunmolu III, has commended Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Adegoke Fayoade, for creating the Crack Squad Unit in his area.
He said: “As the traditional ruler of Shomolu/Bariga, I make bold to say that since the creation of the Crack Squad Unit here, crime and criminality especially, cultism, has reduced in my community.
“I therefore, want to use this opportunity to thank you, the CP, for the wisdom in creating the Unit in my area, headed by CSP Adams Uba. I pray that the Almighty God and our forefathers shall continue to strengthen and uphold you.”
He added: “We, in this community, have continued to live in peace and sleep with our two eyes closed.”
