Newscenter Media News Abia State Governor, Alex Otti, on Wednesday, announced the removal of his Chief Press Secretary, Kazie Uko, while approving the payment of school fees for Abia students studying in India who were abandoned by the previous administration, as well as approved the payment of school fees of those in Nigeria Law Schools in the country.
