Super Eagles duo of Paul Onuachu and Ola Aina both featured for Southampton and Nottingham Forest respectively in their thrilling Premier League encounter on Sunday.
While Onuachu scored a goal for struggling Saints, Aina provided an assist as Nottingham Forest won 3-2 over Southampton.
It was a first Premier League goal for Onuachu. The Nigeria international who started the game on the bench took the place of Adams Armstrong two minutes before the hour mark.

Aina set up Chris Wood for Forest’s third goal four minutes before the break. The Nigerian duo of Joe Aribo and Taiwo Awoniyi were also in action in the tie.
With the win, Nottingham Forest moved level on points with second-placed Arsenal.
Meanwhile, at Old Trafford, Manchester United were stunned 3-1 by Brighton.
Brighton capitalised on a disastrous mistake from United goalkeeper Andre Onana to condemn their hosts to a fourth defeat in five Premier League home games.
In the other Premier League games, Manchester City thrashed Ipswich Town 6-0 while Everton stunned Tottenham Hotspur 3-2.
