Okuama: Military abuse of power must stop

THE tragic deaths of two elderly Okuama community leaders– Dennis Okugbaye, 81, and James Oghoroko, 72, in military custody –have thrown a grim spotlight on the unchecked impunity and disregard for constitutional rights exhibited by the Nigerian military.
