NSCDC arrests 81-year man, two others for defiling minor in Kwara

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Kwara State Command, has arrested three suspects, including an 81-year-old man identified as Adeleke Oke, and two others for allegedly defiling a 12-year-old girl in Offa, Kwara State.
