Newscenter Media News Nine states across Nigeria have participated in the flag off ceremony of 2024 Calabar Cultural Carnival. The participating states include; Kebbi, kogi, Niger, Akwa Ibom, Edo, Adamawa, Delta, Osun and Ebonyi.
