Newscenter Media News The National Executive Council of the Academic Staff Union of Universities has condemned the appointment of one Dr Benard Odoh, as Vice-Chancellor of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. According to the union, from all available evidence, Odoh is not a Full Professor. ASUU-NEC also said that there were obvious abuses and breaches of the extant laws
