Newscenter Media News The Nigeria Communication Commission (NCC) on Monday directed MTN Nigeria and other mobile telecommunication companies to reactivate Subscribers Identification Modules (SIMs) blocked over the National Identification Number (NIN).
MTN had in the last few days blocked over 100,000 lines over their owners failure to link them with NIN.
