Newscenter Media News In a bid to restore order and ensure smooth traffic flow, the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority has impounded 40 (25 commercial and 15 private) vehicles operating illegal garages and causing road obstructions in Oyingbo, Ijora, and Idumota areas.
