Newscenter Media News The Peoples Democratic Party in Kano State has elected Yusuf Kibiya as the new chairman of the party in the state. Kibiya is a former Commissioner for Agriculture under former state governor, Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso, between 1999 and 2003. The party’s Election Committee chairman, Halilu Mazagani, disclosed this while announcing the election results on Sunday.
