Kano nurses, midwives threaten strike, issue two-week ultimatum

The National Association of Nigeria Nurses and Midwives has issued a 15-day ultimatum to the Kano State Government to meet its members’ demands or risk industrial action. The association stated that the decision arose from a State Administrative Council meeting following the government’s failure to address issues affecting its members in a series of correspondences.
