Earlier in the day, Tottenham Hotspur thrashed Aston Villa 4-1 in London.
Dominic Solanke scored twice to help Tottenham come from behind to earn the victory.
Victory ensured Tottenham reduced the gap to the top four following last week’s loss at Crystal Palace, with fourth-placed Arsenal two points ahead.
With the defeat, fifth-placed Villa missed the chance to go third.
