Afreximbank projects African economy grow by 3.8% in 2024

The African Export-Import Bank has projected that the African economy will grow on average by 3.8 per cent this year. This was disclosed in the Economic Outlook Report 2024 launched at the ongoing Afreximbank Annual Meetings in Nassau, The Bahamas on Wednesday. This projection aligns with the International Monetary Fund’s anticipated growth for sub-Saharan Africa.
